Banks Hudson is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point. He completed Airborne and Ranger Training, served a year in Vietnam and has two masters’ degrees in theology. He completed a year of clinical training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and served 20 years in the Army.

Banks has over 40 years’ experience in the field of psychotherapy and specializes in the Generalized Anxiety Disorders to include Post Traumatic Stress, Panic Attacks, Acute Stress, Phobias and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

Over the past 20 years, he has been researching and developing different skills and techniques that can be used by athletes to maximize the power of the mind to improve confidence and consistency. He has spent most of his time and energy on developing and designing a unique video training system for highly skilled athletes.
