Your assignment is the about the same as the one for last week. Listen to CM13, 16, 18 and 19 and record the date and time in your notebook. Listen to any other CM’s you are finding helpful. Practice both The Nine Stepper exercise and The Eleven Stepper exercise once each day again with medium intensity examples. While doing some of your Centering Meditations, create some sounds that can or might be distracting.
