Assignment Six

            1. Continue to use hourly chime for deep breathing reminder.

            2. Each day, listen to at least six of the CM’s. Again, pick the ones most helpful.

            3. Each day, practice one nine stepper and one shortened form of the nine stepper. You decide on which memories you want to use.

            4. Write in your notebook a summary of progress made since the group started.

            5. Record any panic attacks, flashbacks, nightmares, or intrusive thought episodes in your notebook.
